Cancellation Policy

A full refund of your deposit is available up to 60 days prior to check in, after which no refund will be issued as it becomes too difficult for management to re-book the dates. Guests who decide to vacate the rental property before their vacation is over for any reason will not be given a refund or credit.

**Credit Card Policy**

Upon arrival the guest must present the credit card used to make the reservation along with ID. Blue Paradise will take a photo of the credit card and the ID, if the card has expired or changed since the reservation was made, the updated card must be provided for the same account. If the card is not brought to the check-in then the rental will be forfeited at the guest’s expense. There are no exceptions to this policy.


Prices are quoted based upon a maximum of 4 guests. There is an additional charge of $15.00 per person per night for additional guests, infants under 2 do not count. The number of guests is to be agreed upon at the time of reservation. In cases of an unauthorized number of guests, management reserves the right to request extra guests to relocate in order to continue the reservation or ask all guests to vacate the property without refund.


Upon check in you will find that basic toiletries and kitchen supplies are provided. These items will not be re stocked during your stay and it is up to the guest to replace items as needed.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am. We are flexible with these times depending on previous guest departure and future guest arrival. Please inquire with management to see if we can accommodate your needs.


The water from the tap is non potable and drinking water will be provided for the guest at no extra charge.


It is the guest’s responsibility to keep the property locked when nobody is there. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.


Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rental properties. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in the loss of your security deposit.

Problems or Concerns

Every effort is made to ensure all items at the property are in working order however wear and tear occasionally cause things to require repair. Please notify management of any problems and we will do our best to fix them as soon as possible.

** Roatan is a small island that can encounter issues which may disrupt electricity, water, television, or internet service. These issues are beyond our control and no adjustments to rental rates will be made for these inconveniences.

Additional Fees

Every reservation includes a cleaning fee of $60.00 which covers the property being cleaned prior to guests check-in and after guests check-out. Upon check-out management will inspect the property to make sure all items are in the same condition they were at check-in. Addition fees will apply for locking yourself out of the rented property, lost keys, lost remote controls, theft without forced entry, or other items that were present in the rental unit upon check-in. Fees may also apply for stained linens, towels, or furniture, dirty dishes, as well as any other property that was damaged due to negligence of the guest. An additional fee will also be deducted from the damage deposit if excessive cleaning is required upon a guest’s departure.

At the time of check out please make sure to…

1. Return keys 

2. You are free to leave behind any leftover food in the fridge or cupboard.

3. Empty all garbage into the outside container. 

4. It is expected that guests do not leave dirty dishes behind.

5. Please close and lock all windows and doors upon departure.

6. **During your stay, please turn off all electricity as well as air conditioners when you are not in the home. Electricity on the island is expensive and over-usage can lead to occasional island-wide power outages.

Please sign a copy and return one to the manager. By signing this agreement the guest has confirmed that they agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Acts of nature, e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane, etc.) when deposit has been received.

Note: Please report all damages so that repairs can be made as soon as possible. Guests understand that the property manager or its employees may periodically enter the premises for maintenance or repair purposes.
